The Monterey

This model was completely redesigned by removing walls to maximize living space and kitchen space. The primary bathroom includes a no curb shower with built-in marble seat and a spacious double vanity.  The secondary bathroom includes a dual shower head with a handheld shower head and rain shower head for a luxury experience. The laundry area was moved from the garage to inside the house for ease of access. Bathrooms were enlarged and custom, built-in closets were added with the floor plan reconfiguration.
