The Holmby

The two Holmby models offer incredible opportunity for creative re-design. In both homes, patio enclosures were added. We removed the A/C system from the patio and moved it to provide more usable space and a quieter patio. We opened a wall to create another doorway into the kitchen, created a larger master bathroom and walk in closet by redesigning the floorplan, and moved the entrance to the garage to expand square footage in the laundry room.
