Gail and Michael Liacko have always loved beautifying spaces and customizing their own homes. Now, they use that expertise and more than 25 years of experience to bring your design dreams to life. The Micsha Touch is all about redesigning your current space into something completely new, more functional and more your style. Our team will get rid of wasted spaces, open up closed rooms and breathe new life into your home.

 We've been renovating homes for decades, so we have the experience to find you the exact materials you're dreaming of for your new kitchen, bathroom and home. Whether your style is modern or traditional, light and bright or deep and rich, we've done it all. We use software programs to show you the potential your home has, so you'll be able to visualize the end product from day one.

Michael Liacko

 Michael Liacko, CEO of MicSha Builders, Inc. is a retired software executive with a passion to redevelop properties that are in need of renovation.  Michael uses the latest design technology to show you renderings of your home's potential before the remodeling even begins. He specializes in targeting wasted space and rearranging your existing floor plan to maximize your space's functionality and beauty.

Gail Liacko is a licensed California Real Estate Agent, and has helped many people either sell or buy their next home.  She specializes in finding properties across Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Gail is also an interior designer and would love to help you design your next home created by MicSha Builders.

Glenn Walker

Born and raised in Ventura County, Glenn was raised in the construction industry. His father has been a general contractor since 1982. In 2010, Glenn started a plumbing company with his brother. After owning and operating that company for seven years, he moved to general construction management in 2017 in Westlake as a project manager. Glenn joined forces with the MicSha Builders team in 2020 as General Manager.
