Michael Liacko, CEO of MicSha Builders, Inc. is a retired software executive with a passion to redevelop properties that are in need of renovation. He strives to turn dreams into dream homes that bring great joy to his clients. Michael specializes in redesigning floor plans to maximize natural light, offer more modern and open spaces with luxurious finishes and appliances, and to create functional storage to make your home's design beautiful and smart.

Gail Liacko is a licensed California Real Estate Agent, and has helped many people either sell or buy their next home. She specializes in finding properties across Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Glenn Walker
Born and raised in Ventura County, Glenn was raised in the construction industry. His father has been a general contractor since 1982. In 2010, Glenn started a plumbing company with his brother. After owning and operating that company for seven years, he moved to general construction management in 2017 in Westlake as a project manager. Glenn joined forces with the MicSha Builders team in 2020 as General Manager.
